Pakora is one of the most favorite snacks or appetizers in India. It is a mix of gluten-free garbanzo flour and spices, fried in oil to make them into amazing crispy pakoras and served with different dipping sauces.

Made with organic chicken breast and fried in homemade garbanzo flour batter served with tamarind and mint sauces.

Made with onion fritters fried in mildly spiced garbanzo bean batter.
Made with jumbo prawns fried in homemade garbanzo flour batter served with tamarind and mint sauces.
Vegetable Pakora (Vegan)
Made with mixed vegetables (baby spinach, baby potatoes, cauliflower) fried in garbanzo flour.
